1. Project Planning

We schedule a detailed discussion either via phone or Google Meet to thoroughly explore the intricacies of your project. This discussion covers a comprehensive review of your requirements, including the number and type of pages you have in mind, the objectives you hope to achieve with your website, and the visual style you aspire to achieve.

2. Design & Develop

We start building your website using the content, images, and details you provide. This process is about transforming your ideas into a website that is functional and visually appealing. It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how big and complex the website is. Throughout this period, we maintain open lines of communication to ensure that the evolving design aligns seamlessly with your requirements.

3. Review and Launch

After your website is complete, we refine and enhance your website based on your feedback. This process involves making updates to ensure your website aligns perfectly with your expectations. Following this, we launch the website and make it live for everyone to see and experience!

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve put together a list of questions that we frequently hear from clients about our services. These have been instrumental in resolving many initial queries. The list is comprehensive, aiming to provide clear, straightforward answers to give you a solid starting point in understanding what we can do for you and how we approach our work.

In our opinion, it’s essential for every business to have a website, and it’s not just because we excel at designing them! A website serves as your virtual storefront, enabling you to showcase your products and services to the world. Although it’s still possible to attract customers without one, not having a secure, professional website may impact consumer confidence and make prospective customers doubt your credibility. So, whether you aim to establish a strong online presence or simply fulfil an expectation for your customers, we’re here to assist you!

Absolutely! This is one of the points that makes us stand out from other people who sell websites. As we use the latest software, you will have full access to the backend of your new website upon migration, so it’s very easy to update text, images, and other content on the pages. You can almost change everything if you want to.

Every website is designed to meet the unique requirements of your business, the cost of a new website will vary depending on how many pages and features you require. Typically, our projects range in cost from £1,000 to £5,000, but the final price is influenced by the specific requirements of your project, as well as the intricacies of the design and functionality. We generally have a minimum project size of £500.

You. We don’t own anything of the website. If you want, we can give you full admin rights, so you can even delete us as you want. You pay for the website, so it’s your property.

Of course this depends on the size of your website. On average, approximately 2-3 months. This mainly depends on how soon the content is provided and the different revisions rounds that we have to go through to get a good result. We can work with you if you have a specific deadline that needs to be met.

Ofcourse! The start of the project can often involve work on the client side to get into an agreement, gather data and begin answering questionnaires. There will also be general onboarding such as project management and the project schedule. We will also have an internal kick-off to ensure the team is aligned. The client kick-off is the first milestone, and this is often anywhere from 2-4 weeks from the signed agreement.

Our official working hours are 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Gathering and preparing content is crucial before beginning the project. While it’s beneficial to have a collection of design examples or specific functionalities you favour, it’s not mandatory, as we will explore design styles and options during the kick-off phase.

The most common cause of website project delays is the absence of content. By assembling text and images for crucial pages in advance, we can tailor the design process to create a unique user experience.

Additionally, the final phase of launching a fully developed website can be hindered without ready content, leading to mutual frustration. We strongly recommend having your content ready beforehand, or we can discuss providing content creation services to avoid any delays.

Does making changes to your website mean new bills from your outsourced website manager? Afraid of making changes yourself because you might break something? That’s why we build a personalised solution for you that makes it easier for your team to make changes to your website. This is all implemented using WordPress.

WordPress is the most popular Content Management System (CMS) in the world. It is a user-friendly and flexible platform that’s great for SEO, offering a wide range of customisable themes and plugins. Its simplicity and adaptability make it suitable for any website, ensuring your site is both secure and up-to-date with the latest web standards.

You will be responsible for your website domain name and website hosting. This will ensure that you will have full access to your website upon migration. Your website will be hosted by a third-party specialist such as Siteground. We’re not affiliated with any provider and don’t receive a commission. If you’d prefer to stick with your current hosting provider, that’s completely fine. We’ll sort out all the details at the start of the project.

Not at all! We work with clients all over the UK and all over the world and communicate with them by email, phone calls, and video meetings.

We can help maintain your website, or you can do so yourself with the more minor changes. The choice is 100% up to you. We provide on-going support for many of our clients but it is not mandatory. You can contact us as you require updates to your website and we will provide a quote based on your requests.

Definitely! In today’s world, a website that looks great on all devices is crucial. We’re committed to making sure your website is versatile and user-friendly across all modern devices and web browsers.

You play a significant role! Your ideas and feedback are essential to crafting your website. We’ll kick things off by getting to know your preferences, requirements, and desires in detail. We encourage you to share examples of websites you like before we start building yours. Keep in mind, it’s your vision we’re bringing to life – your guidance is invaluable. We’re in this together and eager to incorporate your input.

We ask that you provide the written content for your website, as you know your business best. However, if you’re looking for a helping hand, our skilled copywriter can step in to edit or create new content for an additional cost.

Support is just an email away! Whether you need a lot of help or just a little, we’re here for you long after your website goes live. We value long-term relationships with our clients and are excited about the prospect of contributing to your future projects or expanding your website. Absolutely, we collaborate with businesses of all sizes, from fresh startups to large enterprises. We’re especially thrilled to assist new, passionate businesses eager to establish their online presence and bring their vision to life.

We’ll help you source high-quality images for your website from either free stock libraries or premium paid photo libraries. Your input will be essential to select the best images that align with your business.

While amateur web design might seem passable initially, these sites often suffer from issues like broken links, slow loading times, and poor compatibility with smaller screens. The potential costs could far exceed hiring a professional web designer, as your prospective customers may opt for a better experience elsewhere. The connection between user experience and conversion is significant, and our expertise guarantee that your visitors stay engaged.

Certainly, we make sure that every website we create is launched with an SSL certificate, recognisable by the small padlock in the URL bar. Your online security is our utmost priority and provides reassurance to your customers, so we never deploy a website without this essential feature.

Software we use

We always use the latest software in our projects because we know it offers the best solutions for our clients. These platforms are our go-to choices on a regular basis.
